We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments at Salon VMS must be done with a minimum of 24-hour notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the scheduled session. If the client fails to provide prior notice and does not show up for the appointment, they will be charged 100% of the intended service fee. This policy ensures that our salon professionals are compensated for their time and expertise, and that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all of our clients. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate such situations on a case-by-case basis.
